Thank you for your purchase of a Lyfestyle Experiences premium package and your support of a not for profit organisation.

GENERAL PACKAGE & REDEMPTION CONDITIONS

All packages must be redeemed via Lyfestyle Experiences. Booking requests will only be accepted via the booking form (link provided on your voucher).

All vouchers will need to be executed within the stated expiry period on your e-voucher. If you the voucher is not executed within this time there will be an automatic $99 extension fee for each additional period. There may also be a gap fee where pricing has changed with our supply partner/s

CANCELLATION

For most International holidays we will require a minimum of 45 days notice to cancel your booking. Local holidays will require a minimum of 4 weeks notice. All other premium experience packages will require 2 weeks’ notice. There may be additional fees even if you do cancel within the required time-frame but rebook after the voucher expiry date. If cancellation is not received within the minimum notice period then your package may be forfeited.

BOOKING REQUESTS

Most local bookings will require a minimum of 4 weeks notice. If your booking includes a property they are subject to availability so you will be asked to nominate three dates. If you need to book on a particular date and the property is unavailable there may be additional fees for alternative accommodation.

Please also note there may be a delay of up to 7 business days in confirming your booking due to time differences. Please be patient whilst we await our partners response.
