    GENERAL BOOKING ADVICE Majority of our Lyfestyle Experiences customers receive one of their preferred booking dates and undertake their experience package/s with our partners with minimal interruption. International package confirmations generally take up to 7 days whilst most local booking requests should be between 48-72 hours from when we first activate your booking request. Delays or additional fees will occur where customers request inclusions out of the core package offering or make changes to booking dates after initial confirmation. Upgrades for some packages are available ie. additional participants or add-ons. Feel free to request details in the comments section of your booking request. Please note that all bookings for Lyfestyle Experiences and our partners are subject to availability. We will allocate your booking based on your order of preference, where available. Once your experience package is confirmed, any cancellation and re-booking will attract a re-booking fee of either $55 or $99. Additional fees will occur if not made in the appropriate notice periods. See below for general notice period timelines. Change of booking: - Local in-home, hotel and venues – min. 7-14 days notice required - Local accommodation – min. 30 days notice required - International travel – min. 45 days notice required Cancellations not within these timeframes may risk a substantial re-booking fee based on your package/s and account for any losses our partner/s may undertake. Requests for change of package ie. ‘swap’ to an alternative Lyfestyle Experiences package will attract an administration fee of $99-$199 and any gap or upgrade fees. Requests for any changes to a package outside of our partner relations is not preferred. It is our preference to offer an extension, which may attract a gap fee to account for any partner pricing increases for future contracts.
